I've used Twin Cities Appliance for four visits across two warranty repairs in the last two year. I love their communication! They call and email me the day before as a reminder, and I get a call 15-30 minutes before the technician arrival. Their communication for a service company is second to none.

Both technicians I've worked with are also very courteous and I have never had any concerns letting any of them into my home. They even take their shoes off without being asked.

I will continue to use Twin Cities Appliance in the future.

It’s very easy to schedule and see when the repair person will get to you including a 15 minute heads up call. The repair of our fridge was done right the first time. Unfortunately our floor in front of the fridge was damaged when it was pulled out for the repair, but the repair person accepted responsibility and it was very easy to work with Tim from Twin Cities Appliance who covered the cost to fix the floor and allowed us to work with the company that originally installed the floor to do the repair. Very professional and great communication. I highly recommend.

Twin Cities Appliance Service is the best! Technician Dave went above and beyond to fix our Whirlpool appliances which were under warranty. He also gave us good information on how to better utilize them. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Kudos to Dave for a job well done, and to Twin Cities for their timely service.

I had an excellent experience! I've had so many frustrating experiences with poor customer service over the past several years, and I'm a very reasonable and pleasant customer. Angie was OUTSTANDING! Probably one of THE best customer service reps I've talked with. My freezer door wouldn't close right, all the food drawers broke, and my past experience with my third party warranty company has been terrible. I paid for an "extended warranty" at the time of purchase, but when I needed repairs, they referred to most of my issues as "cosmetic" (i.e. cheaply manufactured food drawers which broke after one year of gentle use), and refused to cover it. Cosmetic? Really? I call it functional. Angie called them and was a great negotiator to get my door fixed and one of the drawers fixed. She kept in close communication with me through the whole thing. She gets a GOLD STAR in my book. And the technician, Jared, did a wonderful job. Thank you! I wish they could all be like you guys. You have an awesome team!

I had an issue with my Maytag Refrigerator when it all of a sudden started to freeze my items to include my beer. Beer is great when cold, but not when you open the can it is frozen froth. Thus, I can contacted Twin Cities Appliance Service, made an appointment and Jared met me at my home. I explained what was happening with my fridge and he knew what to inspect and diagnose what the issue was with my Maytag. Jared knows his stuff. He ordered the parts and my Maytag Refrigerator is like new when Jared returned to replace the failing equipment in my Fridge. I have complete confidence in Jared and Twin Cities Appliance Service Center and I will without a doubt call again for their superior customer service and repair work.
