They did show up, diagnosed the problem, but claimed they could no longer get the part to fix it. We searched on our own and yes the Samsung part was in fact still available. We ordered and installed the part ourselves. The technician who came to our house did not speak much English. Obviously not his first language. All he did was grunt and point to his phone.

Alex and Twin Cities Appliance Service Center are "top-shelf" experts who show up on time, fix what needs. I appreciate their expertise and never hesitate to call them.

Good job, done quickly. Too bad parts don’t come that fast.
