"Tenant had a few videos of the issues. One they were using and the drain starting running and draining water meaning there was probably water in the tub so new valve. Second sounded like the shifter didnt engage and cam was grinding. Plastic and belt dust below. Installed new valve, cam kit, belt, and actuator. Put through recalibration and auto test and checks good, they will run some loads and see.; used 1 W10721967 (Cam kit), 1 W11239857 (Belt), and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) from stock"

Rh third tier rack is missing the washers so its leaking out the mounting. Need to order the whole rack assembly to get the washers.; ordrng 1 W11596053 (Track 3rd tier rh)

"Still water in the unit, draining barely. Cleaned out the pump which was plugged solid. Tested again and draining again with no issues, all checks good."

Switch for compress must have gotten bumped so was stopping at the bottom instead of running full cycle and keeping from opening until running again and getting back to top position. Ran a few times with compress back off and cycled fine and drawer opened with no issues.

No error codes on the unit. Put the unit through a diagnostic test and all went through with no issues and heater checks good on last step of test. Rinse aid empty so filled that up with some samples and customer will run some loads.
