Found unit not cooling. Installed tap on process stub. Found d unit into 20 vac. Unplugged unit. Pressure went to 0 in less than 30 sec. No gas in system. Charged with 160 psi nitro. Bubble soaped all connections. Can hear gas hissing from top edge of cabinet. Unit lost 20psi in 30 min. Called techline and documented. Sending unit to PEX. Advised cust. SR#7738795453
