Trent came to replace 10 LED lights in our fridge because there was a known defect. He did a poor job. None of the lights are seated properly. Lights are supposed to mount flush, but most of them are protruding 1/4”. We expected better service and for the lights to be properly installed.

My fridge wasn't working. Called TC App one day, Trent was here the next day. He took the time to tell me what was wrong, got it fixed temporarily. Came back on Monday and fixed it. He took the time to explain everything. The office kept me updated on everything.
