Found ice ball on upper corner of evap. Has restriction. Ordering evap. SS covered under manuf. warranty. Collected svc call. ; ordrng 1 W11407409 (Evap)

Found damper noisy. Replaced damper advised cust.

Found machine with the filter installed sideways. Was able to remove it without damaging the housing. Properly installed the filter and bled the air out of the line.

"Adjusted cooktop flame height. Turned on self clean and waited, no smoke. Customer stated that she had hand cleaned the oven after it had smoked. I suspect that she cleaned off whatever was causing the smoke. Explained normal operation of the self clean feature and answered questions about the range"
