Installed new ice maker and tested in diagnostics. Operation tested good.

One of the wires going to the drain pump were broken. I temporarily spliced the wire together. Washer works for now. Ordering lower wire harness. Send part to customer.; ordrng 1 W11665967 (Lower wire harness)

Track down Matt supervisor gave him all the parts they had used that unit as a part pull out per Angie at office..

"Check over unit and talk to customer she said she was cooking a chicken then flame started to come on and catch a fire, they had to put the fire out, Ive took alot of pictures of all burnt spot, top outer door, lower door seal, door sw melted, lower inside upper cavity where element is, did have a code on stuck key only normal for unit as for code which is nothing, instruct customer not to use it, lower door cant be close due to melted latch, so unit has to be shut off at breaker, advise customer that out office will summit all information to whirlpool then they will take it from there"

Ice maker intermittently making ice and leaking. After resetting power it seems to work for a bit. E2 ice maker lost position error code. Temps good at 0 and 37. Needs new ice maker. Quoted 90 labor.; ordrng 1 W11577195 (Ice maker)
