Unit not responsive would not turn on getting 120vac to unit removed main control cover and upon doing so unit then powered on inspected connections and wiring cant see anything visual suspect control and or wiring issue needs electronics and harness to ensure repair main control doesnt show stock at this time office to check and get back to custoemr allow extra time for repair ; ordrng 1 W11524806 (Cntrl) and 1 W11677714 (Display cntrl) and 1 W11334448 (Harness)

I would give Ryan 5 stars. He was punctual quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The overall rating is only 3 stars because $234 for 15 minutes of work is ridiculous. That’s nearly $1000 an hour. We did not need brain surgery here.
