I was happy that Matthew was the service rep on the 4th visit and was able to finally fix the washer.
Other service guy 1 star - and he asked to use the restroom every time he came!!!
3 other service call by another service person and he still did not fix it.
We we amazed it took 4 trips to fix. 4 trips is a bit ridiculous.
But we thank Matthew for figuring it out!!!
