"Replaced spark module. Tested, all igniters sparking"

"Found machine with the drip tray full of water. Emptied the tray and found the water in hose slowly leaking. Tightened up the fitting, no more leak."

"Found machine with 3 inches of ice underneath the evaporator and a crack from the ice in the evaporator cover. The ice was caused by the defrost heater not being installed correctly, ( only 1 tab holding it in place). Removed ice and then properly installed heater and ordered the evaporator cover.; ordrng 1 W11288284 (Evap cover)"

Preheated oven to 350. Took the top 3 and bottom 3 temperatures and averaged them out to 351.333. Showed customer my findings and collected for service call.
