"A few of the lights were flashing on the console. I hit the cancel button, and started up a cycle. The dishwasher filled with water, and the sump is working. I started up another cycle, and the dishwasher is working. Im not sure what would have caused this. If it happens again it would need a control panel, which is NLA."

"The dryer shut off on me after 3 min on a timed dry. I did an airflow test, and it failed. I disconnected the vent and it passed the airflow test. I let the dryer run for ten minutes not attached to the vent, and it didnt shut off. Customer will need the vent cleaned out."

The tech explained everything as he went through the trouble shooting process. He determined the control panel was bad. The panel was replaced and tested and the dishwasher now works great.
