"No errors stored in machine upon arrival, unit had just ran through a cycle with no issues detected. Ran unit in a test mode, no leaks observed during testing. Heard a loud electrical buzzing sound from the inner door panel during start of test cycle both times I ran it. Unit did not drain properly on the second drain but drain is working as designed. Drain tube connected to air gap air gap connected to large rubber hose that goes into disposal. Sump assembly no on site today when arrived will need to reschedule when delivered.; schdld next appmnt for 4/2 TUE !"

"Unit not locking in test mode. Replaced lid lock with one from van stock. Ran unit in a test mode, unit performed as designed with no leaks detected. Customer having wash performance issues, checked continuity on motor all checks good and no oil or wear on splutch assembly or cam. Told customer to try it out and let us know. If calling back for wash performance please pre ship a gearcase, W11454372. ; used 1 W11307244 (Lid latch) from stock"

Installed new mullion assembly for drawer. Installed new ligh module on ceiling of ff. All checks good now.

Installed new interlocks. All checks good.

Found gfi outlet popped. Reset gfi and unit drained as designed. Found unit goes through the spin cycle and fills without tripping. Customer to use and monitor next load.
