"Cooktop ui unresponsive, I pulled unit from cabinets and cooktop ui started functioning, suspect oil/grease/food build up causing short, also found mouse droppings on oven control. Pulled apart and cleaned and checked for damage, found no significant damage or shorts, reassembled and pushed unit back into place, tested cooktop and working properly now, advised to monitor."
