He came in crabby and barely looked at my refrigerator & told me to get a new one! Mine was less than 3 yrs old. I tried to get cost to repair but he was evasive & said it’s not worth it.
Sorry to hear this Vera- We inspected the unit and found the signs of a sealed system problem- there is only a 1 year warranty on that from Whirlpool- The price to do that is more than the price of the refrigerator. Major surgery so to say.

The issue was not fixed because the refrigerator needs to be replaced, but Dennis was very knowledgeable, explained everything and was very respectful.
