He was quick to discover the short, manufacturer had a wire too close to a sharp edge on stove's back cover, repaired, tested and I was back in business. Very pleasant, nice guy, I am totally satisfied with the service call.

I like how you can track your service call appointment time through messaging. Dave was very thorough in trying to trouble shoot the problem I was having with a small amount of water that would drip from the water dispenser. Unfortunately or fortunately the water dispenser would not drip when he was here. The water dispenser is still dripping a small amount of water, but not with each use. While Dave was here, he took off the plastic that was under the handles on the refrigerator which I really appreciated. When my refrigerator was delivered, the plastic wrap was supposed to be taken off by the persons doing the delivery. I will keep monitoring the water dispenser and see if the drip will go away on its own. If not, I know will use your service again.
