SR#7741162447I ran diagnostics and found another e2 error code indicating a lost position with motor. I call tech line and they instructed to replace icemaker again. I instruct customer to call back tomorrow and let us know if making ice or not and if still no ice office should order rear control.; used 1 W11658802 (Icemaker) from stock

Replace console do to normal cycle selection not functioning and new part is functioning properly.

Check dishwasher over and found after testing that control board had been hooked up incorrectly by previous service company and after correctly connecting harness I could hear relay clicking but no power out. Ordering new control board and shipping directly to customer and will have my office reschedule with customer. Customer paid in full for control board replacement but knows there could be further issues.; ordrng 1 W11462460 (Control) and 1 Shipping (Shipping)

"I checked Range over and ran the oven To verify bake burner was burning nice and blue no yellow. Ran the broil, which is electric, and It smells like customer did not run the unit long enough to burn off the film that the factory puts on and I recommend that they turn it on and run it for an hour or so with some windows open alarm did not go off during my testing . Customer had a monoxide tester sitting on the counter, just to see if it was CO and it never showed a number so should be fine after customer doses burn off."

Check washer over for issue with not draining or cycling wash cycle. I tried running diagnostics but drain pump would not function and other issues showed up. Upon further inspection I found mice had chew up harness and pressure tube and control is stuck on drain cycle. Estimated repair at $600.00 and could not warranty repair do to customer having on going mice issues. Customer declined repair of washer.
