Check out fridge for issue with not making ice and freezer temp is running warmer then it use too. Customer set temp at minus 5 degrees and I was seeing a 15 degrees indicating a sealed system issue and also would need icemaker replaced do to mold peeling from age. Customer is going to replace unit do to age and cost to attempt repairing.

I ran diagnostics and tested all components without any errors showing up. Next I tested each component by itself and pulled bottom cover to inspect bake element and did not find any issues. Then I did a calibration cycle at 350 degrees and found it to need adjustment up by ten degrees. The other concern customer had was the white film on the cabinet and door. That is do to the film the factory puts on to prevent corrosion during storage and burns off during the first few bake cycles. Also I noticed customer had a cookie sheet siting against bottom of oven and should only be on a rack and this could cause uneven heating.

Customer had shut fridge down and thawed ice out in bottom of fresh food deli assembly and I was able to test the evaporator drain and it was open and draining now. I also ran water multiple times and looked for any leaking around filter housing and did not find anything leaking. I replaced right door gasket and reformed with heat. Customer will call us back if still an issue.

Replace right fresh food door gasket do to being ripped and reform with heat.

Replace freezer evaporator and install one uv drier from truck stock and recharge system with 4.16 oz of 134a refrigerant. Left plugged in and maintenance will check on it later. Will have are office bill customer for the repair.; used 1 Wpw10143759 (Uv drier) from stock
