"Ms PIc.In test the damper was making a varying noise. Replaced the damper and it tested quiet. I heard another noise and lowered both leveling legs to eliminate that noise. I explained the piston on style compressor and butane as the coolant and that there is A very light noise the compressor does make, which is normal.."

Replaced the right French door the customer inspected and approved. The gasket seals well on all sides.

Ms Pic.In test 3 the damper is making an odd noise. Needs damper WPW10489155.Checked all water pin connect connections and found no leaking water at any of them. Harvested the ice in the icemaker and filled it with water with no leaks. There was some water in the filter housing cover when I started to disassemble it for testing. There was no leaking from it after I screwed the filter in again. Suspect the filter may have been loose.; used 1 Wpw10479155 (Damper) from stock

"Ms pic. Notes.When cleaning the inside of the oven door the customers finger ran across the back edge of the front door panel. I explained it is the back of the front door and showed how it was designed to cover the black cabinet, so it looked better when installed. Technician ran his fingers along the edge with no issues, cuts or burrs observed. I believe the customer was pushing down hard to clean the door and her softer skinned finger may have dragged along the edge while she was pushing down hard. Technician showed her a pair of his pairs of new Gorilla Gloves he recently purchased so she can buy something similar that fits her hand if she cleans it again the same way."

"Ms pic. the icemaker picture shows anon off metal arm . Showed the CUstoner the on/off switch is under the icemaker on the newly designed icemaker. The unt roll our easily,if pulled , because there are no leveling feet . I put the this end of a shim in front of each wheel to help keep it in place. Water drips out of the dispense right after getting water. tested today and no further drips came in the next 20 minutes. , explained they could put a small cloth or Hand towel just over the end of the dispenser tray to catch the drip, if they cant wait for it after filling the glass."
