"Ms pic. Cooktop grates left with the oven are not original. After cleaning the cooktop igniter bases and caps, the 4 corner ones test good. The center burner needs the burner base w19333445, burner cap w10171140 and screw 4449154. The conso,e was curved down in the Middle,blocking the exhaust vent. Would need SS console w10318550, me,brine assembly w10840440and the control board w10826153. The lower oven needs sensor 7430P04460 also. Return Monday 4-20-26. "The freezer was tightly packed with food. The ice cream near the front of the freezer was firm and the ice cream near the back of the freezer was hard. There was no due visible today at the compressor and the compressor was running at 103 watts and on 0.87 amps.Because this unit does not have an Icemaker, there was an extra push on ground connector that had fallen diwn next to the heater.It could have been the metal against heater odor they observed. I wrapped the extra wire up higher, away from the heater."

Ms PIc.Steam thawed th rice build up and cleared the drain.Installed a heat probe from truck stock. Tests good.; used 1 819043 (Heat probe) from stock

"Ms pic,Heard the IM water valve turning on. The customer has no water hooked up to the unit.The on/off arm on the aim was knocked out of the front mounting hole. I reinstalled it an d out some white Gorilla tape over it so it could not be knocked out again.."

Technician can identify 2 noises:1) The right side of the front door panel allows the drum to move side to side more than on the left side, regardless of what part of the drum is on the right side. The belt is tight.2) the additional noise sounds like an idler wheel clunking more than it could.Ordering idler assembly 691366 and a white front panel. W10664697.
