Customer stated towels take 90 minutes on timed dry to dry properly. He old gas dryer only took about 30 minutes to dry towels. All other items are drying just fine. The unit is brand new with brand new ventilation. Air flow tested good and Im getting 165 degree air temp out of the vent. The gas valve is cycling as it should. This has to be normal operation. Customer will try the sensor cycle on more dry.

"The customer removed the model seriel number sticker was hanging off, so he removed it. I took a picture of the receipt online. The broiler is working. Customer thought both elements should both come on at 100 percent during the bake cycle. Told him broiler only comes on at around 10 percent. Heated up oven to 350. Oven is heating, and maintaining temperature."

They were out of town when their daughter house sitting found the interior lights off and the dispenser not functioning. The cooling never stopped but the lights never came back on. I found the unit in sabbath mode. All components working once exiting sabbath mode. Customer is not sure how it would have been put into sabbath mode. They will keep an eye on it for now.

"The 20 amp fuse was blown. Installed new fuse, was getting open and close door error. Tested microwave, it started up for a few seconds. Very loud humming sound was coming from the right side, and then it blew the fuse again. Ordering fuse,magnetron,transformer,capacitor,diode, and interlocks. Our technician was very helpful and fixed our problem as soon as he was able to get the part for it the oven. I wish there was a way to be able to tell the technician ahead of time what the name and serial number of the oven is and what we thought was the problem. We thought it was the igniter switch and that was exactly what it was. We had to wait an additional week to get it repaired. It is working really well now and it is so nice to have our oven working again. Thank you.
