Checked burner operation. Talked about back panel where exaust from oven comes out could see staining from exaust normal. Checked for gas leaks. Found leak at factory fitting on gas valve. Tightened now no leaks. All test good.

Replaced console. Tested operation bake broil. All test good

Meet with Jim and we re diagnosed issue as drain pump. Also found dust from plastics piece that transmission sits on to guide tub while in spin. With the price or those two parts and labor customer is going to look into new washer.; ordrng 1 WP35-6780 (Pump)
