"Tested machine, no heat at the lower oven (bake or broil). Tested thermal, good. Tested the elements, good. Found that a wire got cut in the main harness by a sharp part of the sheet metal cabinet. Ordered harness. The customer did a self clean without wiping out an overflow causing the glass and bottom to be blackened. Ordered glass.; ordrng 1 W11245674 (Harness) and 1 Wpw10284902 (Glass)"

"Customer states dishwasher wont drain tested unit found drain pump hums and sounds like a normal draining hum but no water drains, checked drain hose under sink found blockage at hose connection to house plumbing tried to clear it a but but its a very hard clog showed customer and ran drain pump with hose over a bucket to show unit is draining its a plumbing issue, customer is going to take apart the plumbing under the sink and clear it out but dishwasher drain pump is working normally"

Found dead bake ignitor. Replaced ignitor. Tested oven. Advised cust.

Installed new reservoir. Water pressure to door and ice maker unchanged. Sent video and pictures to SK at WP. Will follow up once I get a response back on next steps. ; O-emld tckt
