Joshua was very knowledgeable about the appliances I need repaired, was able to make a quick diagnosis and order the parts required.
He returned as soon a the parts arrived, installed them, and I was back to business in less than a week.
He has a can do attitude, is polite and is a very dedicated employee.
I wish he could service other appliances besides Whirlpool, as I would call him back.
