"Customer reports that oven is not heating on bake. Tested it out, and the first time it attempted to ignite the bake burner it was unable to. Tried broil and that worked ok. Tried bake again and now it seems to be working. Intermittent. Ordering spark module and bake igniter.; ordrng 1 W11162730 (Spark module) and 1 W11524031 (Bake ignitor)"

Unstacked and installed new control in the unit. Tested and all checks out good and is working correctly again.

Needs 2 techs to unstack dryer so control board can be replaced on washer. Washer door is locked with clothes and water inside. Advised customer we can return tomorrow to take care of this.; saved tckt

Installed heater cleaned out lint test ok
