Customer states their spinach and mushrooms are freezing up. Unit was turned to a warmer temperature (Temp 2) upon arrival and no frost was found on refrigerator items. Freezer cabinet was packed pretty full so advised customer to ensure proper airflow they should remove some items. Customer will follow up if issue persists.

"Ms pic. The freezer was not cooling because nthe top,freezer drawer came off of the drawer glide and interfered with the right side. Ice built up on the lower drawer glide rail and misaligned the glide rail so it was hitting the door closure but not pulling it short. Orderinf a set of glide rqils and the top drawer right side support. I was able to straighten the drawers, lumbricqte them and leave the top pan drawer out. It is closing for now.Office to confirm drawer glides w11668672 are sold as a set. Older individual glides were both marked with that number, order parts and follow up with the customer; ordrng 1 W11668672 (Drawer glide set ?) and 1 W11161915 (RH upper pan drawer glide)"

Matthew was very thorough checking all the wires on the harnesses. He made sure that they were connected correctly. When he opened the top of the stove he found an element on the left back side that had disconnected wires. They were arcing to the element and left burn marks. He is very conscientious and we were lucky to have him.
