I went through proper loading and how Dis similar items can cause an out of balance like blankets when soaked will be super heavy versus sheets how the washer is loaded in with what types of clothing and bedding and towels can cause out of balance issues, one side, balanced it. Its fine without throwing a full code."

I tested all four burners and did not find an issue with switches or burners. These new elements have a thermostat on each element that will not allow these to heat up as hot as the old style did that did not have a thermostat so trying to run a griddle on top certain things like that is not gonna work or overheating a pot trying to do certain things they will shut off cool down and then come back on. I cannot change all the factory designed this range. It is working according to factory design.

Check range over for issue with all five cook top knobs have cracks in the insert with metal band and causing knobs to slip and could be a safety issue if customer cant turn burner off. Range will need all five knobs replaced to fix the issue and I will have are office call safety and see if they will cover the knobs. Customer can install if shipped to customer directly depending on whirlpool. Part number needed W11123250; O-emld tckt
