"Ms pic.The middle spray arm is hitting against the top of the plates in the lower rack. Explained the spray arm will feel loose, when touching it between uses, but that water pressure spraying out of it should keep it even as it rotates. Adjusted the leveling legs slightly and it tested good in a diagnostics cycle. I also explained that if there is a taller than usual utensil in the silverware tray, such as a longer tool used to moisturize meats on a grill, the spray arm may be hitting the top that instead of the plates."

I first called Twin Cities Appliance 3 years ago to help with my ice cube maker after another company had failed to find the problem. Jared took one look and immediately knew what was causing the problem. He quickly fixed it. Since then I have had a similar problem two more times and each time Jared came and had it working quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Great service and I only call TCA for repair.
