Found agitator dogs stripped. Found timer buzzing. Needs dogs and timer. Ordering parts. Ship to tech. Found dryer vent duct torn. Needs new flex duct. Will pickup ducting before svc call. Advised cust. Duct and labor to install not covered under extended warranty. Quoted cust $50 for labor plus cost of ducting. ; ordrng 1 80040 (Dogs) and 1 WPW10113804 (Timer)

Installed comp. Pulled vac and held charged with 47g r600. Unit cooling.

"Tested machine, not igniting. Tested igniter, ohms are not in range.Replaced igniter with truck stock. Part delivered was broken in the packaging. Tested machine, igniting normally ; used 1 WP31940001 (Igniter) from stock"

Ran machine through diagnostics and found that it is on a bouncy part of the floor. Explained to customer and demonstrated.
