"Preheated oven, at 330(set to 350) it stopped showing the temperature rise but it maintained the temperature. Tried connecting it to the Wi-Fi for updates, was able to get it on the Wi-Fi but couldnt link it to the customers account. Called connect team and they were able to link it to the account and stated it had 0 firmware. Connect team started pushing the updates and said it could take up to an hour due to the amount of software that was being installed. If customer calls back with the same issue please preordered the UI."
