"Unit not cooling, customer unplugged, plugged back in today and its been cooling, I found condenser fan it running consistently, loose connector at fan likely caused compressor to overheat and trip thermal overload. Corrected connection, fan running properly now. Advised customer monitor unit for a couple days."
