The gps takes you to the wrong location. Called customer for directions and they said they wanted to cancel the call as the machine is functioning properly at this time.

Found unit has ro system. Removed filter. Cycled ice maker. Unit filled.advised cust.

"Tested machine, started normally. Had customer start cycle, found that the customer was pushing too low on the button and not actually hitting the button. Instructed customer on normal operation."

Machine was quite upon arrival. Adjusted some of the tubing in the back and added some foam in spots. As I was adjusting the feet it started making the noise. Traced back to the condenser vibrating. Adjusted one of the hoses to the condenser and the noise stopped.

"Replaced board. Ran machine through diagnostics cycle, completed cycle with no errors."
