Installed the new control and tested. Zero error codes and all is working as it should be.

Unit is leaking through the element seals. This is part of the special project on the element replacement. Replaced with truck stock and tested. All working as it should be now. Took pictures of damage. Left part with customer insurance wanted the part. Special project W11540964; used 1 W11537778 (Element) from stock

Needs new ice bin assy. Ordering direct to customer to install.; ordrng 1 WPW10558424 (Ice bin assy)

DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDBH969AWS2 Wash motor has something jammed in the impeller. Can hear it making noise but can not remove it. Causing the water to not distribute enough in the unit to wash properly. Sump and pump are needed to fix the issue.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW2 Unit lost its place in the cycle. Blew out the pressure switch hose. Customer going to call store if it happens again and get unit swapped out.
