Check washer over for leak and found customer floor drain backing up all over floor. Customer needs to call a plumber.

Sr#7734438441Check washer over for issue with not washing do to suds error showing up all the time. Ran diagnostics and found fault code for suds. Ran test cycle and washer completed diagnostics with no codes. Checked for software update and found one available. Ran update and now ui control wont turn on. Call tech line and went over issue and verified 12 volts dc to ui. Tech line recommended replacing ui and acu if needed. Ordering both controls and need office to reschedule asap.; ordrng 1 W11550453 (Acu) and 1 W11325572 (Ui panel)

Replace failed left front element do to failure and verify now working.

Install new control board do to warmer temps in fresh food section and per service pointer new control should fix the issue.

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL MDB7979SHZ0 Check dishwasher over for water leak underneath unit. Leak is with water fitting and customer will pick up himself and replace.
