"Replaced control. Ran diagnostics cycle, completed cycle with no issues. Was going to test in normal operation but the knob doesnt line up with the options on screen. Customer will be doing a software update later. If they call back please order another new control ."

"Found machine with F6E3 error code. Cleared error code but it came back. The machine started draining off and on while I was looking it over. Entered diagnostic mode and did a factory reset, the machine started draining again then the error came back. Ordered control board. Not in stock on Dey, please contact customer about return date.; ordrng 1 W11687817 (Control)"

Installed part. Cleared control error codes. Tested machine.

Installed parts. Pulled vac and held. Charged with 47g r600a. Unit cooling. Advised cust.
