"Found drip tray full of water. The water looked like soap overflow. Ran diagnostics cycle, no issues or leaks. Ran a normal cycle, no leaks. Customer is using rinse aid with a soap that also has a rinse aid in it. I suggested to use a different soap or let the rinse aid run out. Went over loading as well just in case there was something stopping the spray arm from spinning properly."

I've never before experienced the high level of service provided by Twin Cities Appliance. From the moment the service request was made, they kept me informed of every step in the process; from ordering the parts, to the anticipated installation time, as well as any changes in the process. I was appraised of the technician's location as he traveled to my house and his expected arrival time. The technician arrived early! He explained the work to be done and why the problem occurred in the first place. When complete, he offed advice on how I could improve the performance of the machine. All in all, it was the best experience with any repair I've ever had.
