Duane did what he could (replacing a gasket) in our leaking dishwasher, but he seemed irritated and edgy right from the start, making it hard for us to discuss other potential problems with him. We have a wood panel over the dishwasher, which he couldn't fix. This is fine, we recognize this requires a different skill set. We just wanted help in figuring out next steps. Maybe he was just having a tough day.
