I had an issue with my ice maker and called for an appointment. However, after being out of town for several days, when I restarted my ice maker, it was working. Dave called prior to our appointment and was extremely gracious and understanding of my situation, said there was obviously no need to come out, there would be no cancellation fee, and wished me a good day!! He was so nice! I will use TC Appliances for any issues in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends.
