I had an 18 year old basic whirlpool washer model that needed to be replaced. So, I purchased a new basic whirlpool washer model, but needed it serviced due to board issue that was outside the warranty. I peppered my technician with questions as I was seeing some challenges with my new washer that wasn’t addressed when I purchased it and I thought it would be very similar to my old model, but was finding that wasn’t true as I was using it. Blake was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and confirmed why I was seeing some of the poor results in my washer and how to fix it. I wish my sales person went through this, but was so appreciative of Blake’s expertise and addressing all my questions that I encountered while having my new machine. So helpful and so nice, definitely would recommend them for all future repairs!
