"Customer having issues understanding how to start unit, I had the customer start a load and she hit the start button once in standby expecting it to start, Inst cust the unit is a two stage start, must wake up by moving dial or pressing start button, then once all the lights come on press start. We got it started and watched progress okay, unit paused between steps and customer was concerned about this, inst customer this is normal. Unit progressed okay, working as designed, noticed a drip on the cold water shut off hose side Inst cust to monitor this and replace if necessary. No leaks found"
