Customer ran the self clean to burn off the new oven smell. After running the clean the lower oven no longer hears. Needs new lower thermal fuse.; ordrng 1 WP4449751 (Fuse)

"Customer said unit bangs when washing and spinning, ran calibration and diagnostics okay, made sure unit is level, raised front legs slightly, ran load customer had and it ran through fine, found drain hose banging on wall inst cust can put insulation or styrofoam between hose and wall to prevent this but customer say this was not the banging, inst cust to use highest spin speed possible as higher the speed the more it will center, it unit is banging its because its off balance or overloaded and its heavier on one side vs other and clothes will need to be rearranged unit will try to rebalance 2-3x before it errors out. Inst cust to fill no more than 2/3rds full. Unit operating normal. Called techLine to document SR#7735940499 they also recommended another idea to secure drain hose is to cut a pool noodle and slide it over the drain hose to secure it and stop from bouncing around, they also said can get some banging initially depending on load size when ramping up in spin as clearance between wall and drum is small, this is also normal"
