It made ice for a couple days and then stopped. Temps in both compartments good but the fill tube is frozen. Getting 12 volts to fill tube heater and it ohmed out good. I found the fascia heater grommet popped up and the fill tube heater was starting to separate from the tape. I sealed around the grommet and put foil tape over the fill tube heater. If still having issues I recommend replacing the fill tube heater and led power supply board.
