Customer has been hearing a tapping noise while in high speed spin.Entered diag and put unit into high speed spin. Can hear tapping noise from top left front corner. Sounds like something is stuck between basket and tub. Removed filler neck for tub and found broken weld on basket has been hitting the tub.Will need to order tub assembly and second tech for return.; ordrng 1 W11460604 (Tub assembly.) and 1 Sendtotech. Customer has been experiencing water left over in tub at end of cycle.Entered diag and found 83 overflow or flood condition. Code stored in history.Cleared code & ran test cycle. During test cycle the cold valve did not turn off allowing water to continuously fill tub when agitating & spinning.No voltage at valve to keep it on. Valve solenoid is starting to stick open. Replaced water valve & calibrated. Ran test again and now valve is shutting off properly. ; used 1 W11513255 (VALVE) from stock

Aaron has been here 3 times and has another visit scheduled to install another part under warranty
It has not had anything to do with Aaron’s competence, expertise, knowledge, or pleasant attitude.
The machine has built in unreliability from the manufacturer
It is only about 6 months old and has had the same problem for about five of them.
The parts that have been replaced already needed to be.
The fourth visit will be to install a major component (the drive motor)
The five star rating applies to Aaron and Twin Cities Appliance Service……. Not to the Machine’s manufacturer
