Appliance Repair in Proctor

Check washer over for issue with not draining and would not unlock door. I found that drain pump area was plugged completely from customer washing rugs. I was able to get the blockage out with my shop vac. I ran several fill and drain test and washer is now functioning properly.

Clean out freezer defrost drain that was blocked with ice going into the fresh food section wall. I then ran water through to verify that drain is now flowing into condensation pan is back of fridge.

Replace faulty control board that continuously ran the drain pump. Ran diagnostics and a calibration cycle and washer is working properly now.

Check dryer for no operation and found that for some reason the breaker in the basement was turned off. Customer has no idea who did it. It wasnt tripped from what I could tell. Turned back on retested dryer. Everythings working.

Replace door gasket and ran test cycle and did not see any leaks from door. Customer will let us know if any further leaks appear.; used 1 W11177741 (Dr gasket) from stock

Install both UI controls and power washer and dryer back on to verify both are functioning properly at this time. Struck customer on how to push the buttons what do the customers and she has a hard time getting controls to function.

Replace failed heating element and dryer is now heating properly. I recommend customer clean out their dryer vent.; used 1 WP3387747 (Heater) from stock

"Check dishwasher over for issue with not always draining after it finishes washing and has clean water sitting in bottom. I replaced drain pump to see if this solves issue and instructed customer that drain tubing should be hooked up to sink plumbing to prevent Siphoning of water, which was happening to the drain line being installed down into the basement but its been like that for years per customer. Second issue customer had was some leakage on the left side of door. I ordered both spray arms do the blockages that did not come out of spray arms and will have to see if that solves that issue shipping the parts directly to customer and he will install them.; ordrng 1 WPW10491331 (Lower spray arm) and 1 WPW10498900 (Upper spray arm), used 1 W10876537 (Drain pump) from stock"

Replace inlet water valve do to tub filling with water over night per customer complaint.

Check dishwasher over for issue with water leaking through inlet valve over night and setting off over flow float in bottom pan. Will need to replace valve and Im ordering part and shipping to customer. They will be out of town next week so will need the reschedule for the falling Monday. Also their is a small amount of surface rust around front heater bracket and I was able to clean up with a brush for now but have instructed customer to monitor it for now and let us know if it gets worse.; ordrng 1 W11434044 (Inlet valve)
