Installed new drain and lid latch. Plastic piece in pump from the pump cover. Removed and pulled the whole basket out and found extra clip for the basket and pump cover shattered. Removed all of the extra pieces and then ran recalibration and diagnostic test. All checks good.

Incredibly knowledgeable, polite and respectful! Showed Ryan the video of what our fridge was doing and he knew in 30 seconds what the problem was, confirmed it on the fridge and had it fixed within an hour. And that's the second time with this fridge (two unrelated components). I had to fight with the 3rd party warranty company to get TCA out here this time but Ryan's knowledge, expertise and professionalism made the fight well worth it! Can't say Thank You enough!
