"Customer wanted the unit push in further so I did, couldnt get it to flush with counter but I showed him its far as I can push it and he is fine with that, unit is good where it is per customer before I put side screw back in.."

The upper convection fan was making a loud vibration. Installed new fan assembly. Operation tested good.

"Install timer ran test cycle at neutral drain and its doing it job by draining water before spinning so its working properly now, no leaks and normal noise level unit too.."

"Customer is canceling the cycle and restarting it to check the temperature, Inst cust it is not designed for this and will not show the air oven temp, by doing this your restarting the preheat process which is always going to show a much lower temperature as its anticipating to overshoot the desired set temp, digital temp probes and finding an average by taking high and low temperatures and dividing by the number of temps taken will provide an avg temp and calibration can be adjusted off of this, we recommend 3 high and 3 low temps, I performed calibration at 350 degrees lower oven was about 10 degrees hot but left the adjustment alone per customer request, upper oven was 15 degrees hot also left this alone per customer request, temp fluctuations were +-10degrees in lower oven and +-30degrees upper oven, found 10-15min recovery time from door being opened in both units, recommend cust give unit another 10-15min after unit is preheated before putting in food for best results unit operating as designed"
