"Evaporqtor has frosted up,since last time out. steam thawed the evaporator and confirmed the heater has continuity. Replaced the defrost thermistor, zip tying the extra evaporator wire harness wires back, so they could not contact the evaporator cover.Replaced the control board and .instwlled Permagum between the condenser and cabinet. The husband and I hear operating noises.. Advised to let Unit run, since it was just steam thawed and leveled. ; used 1 Wpw10384184 (Defrost thermistor) from stock"

"Ms pic.Customer is hearing a high frequency noise tech cant hear. With the unit pulled out, I wiggled the compressor and the noise did not change. After disconnecting the condenser fan the noise was still there. It is not the evaporator fan. They have turned the IM off and it did not change if they get water. Ordering the main control board w11742389for end code 13. Shows at Fargo. But he checked the belt to make sure and was able to determine that it looked okay, but wanted to change it to be on the safe side. I appreciate the extra effort to ensure our complete satisfaction.
