Replaced inlet valve tested washer new valve working properly no leaks all checks good

"Customer states washer not spinning and draining properly has a burning electrical smell and when he unplugged it had a big arc from the plug but did not trip breaker, plugged in unit checked stored errors found F7e3 f7e9 errors in system both relating to motor checked under unit found gearcase oil leaked out and water leaking from center shaft, unit would need gearcase rebuild, rotor stator would be covered by 10 year warranty but gearcase slider and clutch would not be, reported findings to safety they are not going to cover parts, gave customer quote for gearcase clutch slider and labor $502.55 customer declined, trip and diag covered by safety call did not need to collect anything from customer"

"Found error codes for off balance load. Ran machine through diagnostic cycle, completed cycle with no issues. Started normal cycle with load, filling for a minute then it just kept spinning as if sensing. Had customer connect machine to Wi-Fi and update. Started normal cycle, filling as expected. Ran spin, functioning properly. Customer was over filling machine as well as adding too much soap. Went over normal usage and care."
