After customer arrived I added some lubricant to the drawers. The crack mentioned is on the plastic cover of the shelf and is only cosmetic.

Found unit dead. Checked supply. Unit has no power to machine. Cust needs to resolve power issue before service can be performed. Advise cust needs electrician.

"Found a gap at the top left corner of the frozen food compartment. Looks like the corner is bent inwards. Called tech line (7736116541) , tech line had me take a bunch of photos and some measurements. Tech line is sending the pictures to product review. The door to the frozen compartment doesnt sit straight and the plate at the lower hinge is scratching the fresh food door. Found several gaps between the liner and cabinet that might be able to be filled in. It appears that the top hinge wasnt drilled correctly."

Found noisy drum rollers and bad belt. Replaced with dryer kit. Tested machine.; used 1 4392067 (Dryer kit) from stock

Found auger mtr locked up. Needs motor. Ordering part. Ship to tech. ; ordrng 1 W11310391 (Auger mtr) and 1 Shiptotech (Ship to tech)
