Installed comp and drier charged to spec give 24 hrs for temps to regulate

Sr#773590479520 in fz 40 in ff pressures low again watts low suspect leak pressurized with nitrogen 110 psi dropped 2 psi in 10 to 15 min checked evap and all joints in back no leaks found suspect internal

"Temps today 37 in ff and 14 in the freezer. Good frost on the bottom of EVAP, weaker frost on the top of the EVAP. Checked the amp draw on compressor and was 0.89, dropped to 0.70 and started a climb back to 0.84. Customer states some days works and frozen and others pretty soft and warm. May have inefficient compressor or low charge. Installed comp charged to spec customer to monitor let us know if any further cooling issues was 20 in fz on arrival watts a bit low on initial test

Fill valve was stuck closed. Customer just happened to have one from a previous unit. Installed it and all is working great.
