Gearcase randomly making a screeching noise while in spin ordering gearcase and splutch kit; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 Difftech (Difftech)

Unit performed perfect in test mode. Watched a regular cycle did get overfilled by a garment or two. Instructed customer to on some loading techniques. All operates as designed with no leaks observed during testing.

Installed panel and tested. Got customer set up to Wifi to get software updates so the time and date doesnt continuously reset itself

Customer reports that fridge is noisy when it runs. Customer said he thinks its the compressor making the whining noise. Tech did observe some compressor noise when it runs. Used some insulation pads on the compressor and also wrapped around the discharge line as well. Insulation pads did help to cut down the noise.; used 2 W11553819 (Insulation pads) from stock

Customer reports that fridge is cooling ok now but is very very noisy. System is making a pretty pronounced refrigerant gurgle. Added a couple extra insulation pads around evap inlet. Did not make much difference in noise level. Adjusted refrigerant charge. Also did not make much difference. Cooling ok at this time.; used 2 W11553819 (Insulation pads) from stock
