Found thermostat is arcing connector is not burning inside sleeve just rubber is slightly melted. Ohmed thermostat out and the resistance is fluctuating heavily. Unit needs new thermostat. Quoted 22.50 for part and 125 for labor. TK is calling safety to see if covered.; ordrng 1 W11568584 (Thermostat)
