"Check over unit found nipple to door handle loose so I open panel up tighten that and handle to it, handle now is good instruct customer to pull in the middle of handle so even out the weight of pulling on door.."

"Cust said unit did no5 maintain cooling for about a week, freezer not cold enough and ref too cold. 5hen it started cooling normally. On arrival checked temps, freezer at 9 and ref at 36. If issue comes back will need control w11562260"

The fill tube was frozen and the right hand gasket was torn. Installed new gasket and defrosted the fill tube. I also insulated around the fill tube with paddy.

Installed new door switch. Operation tested good.; used 1 W11384469 (Switch) from stock

Installed fan switch customer had on hand. Operation tested good.
