"Check over unit found drive block bad and rods are bad too let the tub and basket bounce around when I push down on it, ordered gearbox both parts to return Tues ; ordrng 1 WP389140 (Drive block) and 1 W10780048 (Rods)"

Ice on the floor of the refrigerator due to a plugged drain tube. Defrosted the drain tube and made sure water is flowing into the pan.

"Customer states washer intermittently getting f3e1 error, checked error codes found F3e1 pressure fault f8e3 overflow and f5e4 door not opened between cycles, door error is negligible the other two are likely both for the pressure sensor ran through pressure sensor test in diagnostics have good pressure hose and continuity through pressure switch wiring, have 5vdc from ACU to pressure switch per tech sheet need pressure switch also spoke to customer about wet clothes at end of cycle for old service pointer custimer did mention they have that happen intermittently too talked to them about the control board being unavailable which they are aware of from office, customer still wanted to replace pressure switch, gave estimate they approved, replaced pressure switch ran diagnostics no error codes all checks good at time of repair"

Replaced door switch and tested unit with no issues.

It starts to heat but then gives a blower error code. The blower I installed last visit was for the upper oven and obviously isnt compatible with the lower. We need to try installing a lower blower we have in stock at the shop.; ordrng 1 74008437 (Lower blower) and 1 Shiptotech

Adjusted the freezer temperature last time and it has made some ice since then. Replaced the icemaker fan and the airflow over the ice is much stronger.
