SR#22468694Pull microwave from wall and remove cabinet and test components. I found a blown cavity thermo fuse and jumped across to verify microwave powered up and all fans checked ok. I called tech line and went through issues and they recommended replacing Thermo fuse. Im ordering two so I can test further in case it blows again. Check fridge over for issue with no water to dispenser and I found after removing water reservoir that it had some ice build up blocking water flow and the supply line rubber bushing when it got installed it would pinch off flow. Customer is going to change that out with a standard brass nut and ferrule ring. Also there is some water valve noise when icemaker fills. I shimmed between water valve coils and this should take care of noise if not are office will need to order a water valve.
