"Customer states washer not filling correctly found f3e1 pressure fault, unit far outside s code range, ran diagnostics unit fails diagnostics and gives error, verified pressure hose is good and sealed unit needs ACU management states washer has warranty on it, they need to call whirlpool and get warranty info sent to us because this came to us as COD and manager not on site with purchase info to verify warranty at time of service; ordrng 1 W11831578 (ACU) and 1 Ship (Shipping)"

Replaced suspension rods and shift actuator calibrated and ran diagnostics washer working properly now

"F9E1 error. Drain pump not running. Adjusted harness and got connection so was able to drain unit. Replaced harness (W11643701) and added clip (W11755726). Discovered drive belt slipped and was damaged, replaced belt (W11239857). Tested unit with no errors.; used 1 W11643701 (Lower harness), 1 W11755726 (Clip), and 1 W11239857 (Drive belt) from stock"

Customer states washer banging like crazy found very bouncy suspension needs suspension rods checked under unit found old red shifter also needs updated shift actuator; ordrng 1 W10780048 (Suspension rod set) and 1 WPW10006355 (Shift actuator)

Installed new water lines and clips. No leaks today. Customer will keep an eye on it.

"Ms pic,Heard the IM water valve turning on. The customer has no water hooked up to the unit.The on/off arm on the aim was knocked out of the front mounting hole. I reinstalled it an d out some white Gorilla tape over it so it could not be knocked out again.."

Broke off old wash plate replaced hub and wash plate reassembled ran calibration and auto test washer working properly now

"Customer states other company just out two days ago they told her they replaced a hi limit thermostat, looked over unit found several issues, voltage into unit is correct 240vac but 4 prong cord wired wrong corrected power cord and secured strain relief as that was also installed incorrectly, found therminals on thermal fuse bent and wires loose, straightened connections verified fuse still has continuity after correcting terminals it does, tightened wire disconnects for thermal fuse also found blown thermal cut off and old style hi limit in unit which does test good but needs to be replaced with thermal cut off kit, heating element tests good not broken or grounded replaced thermal cut off kit dryer heats now checked airflow found poor airflow spoke to customer about multiple issue amd how all but venting are fixed, gave her dryer vent wizard card and let her know not to use the dryer until airflow is restored or one of the thermal limits will likely blow again soon; used 1 279816 (Thermal cut off kit) from stock"

"Customer states washer working intermittently in spin and sometimes agitator plate is spinning really fast and drum barely moves, all signs of a worn out tub hub checked under unit no oil leaks, tried removing wash plate it wouldnt budge, ran unit a couple times with heavy towels to try to break wash plate free with no luck spoke with customer about issue and let her know wash plate would have to be broken off and replaced in order to repair unit gave her estimate she approved ordering wash plate and tub hub customer paid in full ; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Wash plate) and 1 W10528947 (Tub hub) and 1 Ship (Shipping)"

"Thawed frozen evaporator and replaced evap fan motor and evap thermistor. No other issues, advised customer to give it 24 hours to cool.; used 1 WPW10464673 (Evap fan motor), and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) from stock"
