The freezer gasket had a gap across the top causing frosting issues. Operation tested good after stretching with my heat gun. Both fresh food doors are damaged. Needs new doors.; ordrng 1 W11661564 (Door) and 1 13107887BQ (Door)

"Moisture forming on mullion and ice and frost buildup along front of freezer. Turned on humidity control and mullion heater came on. Lowered leveling legs so doors closing and sealing properly. Cust said both ref doors have warping and creases, she is checking with the delivery company to see if they have the doors on order. This is the second ref delivered, I told her she needs to get the correct delivery date for the warranty because cosmetic defects are only covered for 45 days, and she needs to contact WP with that info"
