Installed new ff lh door. All looks good.

"Customer experienced when using oven and cooktop. Elements on cooktop would get got as well. Tested cooktop elements individually and all checked good. Also rechecked with oven set at 350. All elements checked good. lifted cooktop and all wiring checks good. Pulled unit out & removed back panel to gain access to wiring. Checked diagram & unit is wired correctly with no breaks or shorts in harness. Voltage test & ohms test on all components check good. Could not recreate issue Called TL to document, case#23911883. found with this model oven vent is under left rear burner & during oven heating cycle, heat will spread from vent & escape through element holes."

Comp was bad broken internals had charge still installed new charges to spec unit cooling

"Customer complaint of unit tripping breaker thats on the same circuit as washer. Circuit is on gfi breaker. Rec replacing breaker. Plugged unit in and tested all components in diag, compressor is loud on start up and LEDs shows Board and comp failure. Comp is intermittently running (only started 1 of 4 time when power cycled and would hum) comp is pulling more amps at start device causing breaker to trip. Will need to replace parts listed and do pressure test on system. When running evap would not get a frost pattern, will need to order correct evap in case leak is is found (Dey has 2 different options listed. Research part needed. ; ordrng 1 W11648345 (Control.) and 1 W11547313 (Comp. Kit.) and 1 11 (Evap) and 1 Sstech (Ss tech.)"

All normal noises happening. Customer experiencing time losing and pausing in the control panel. Not connected to Wi-Fi currently went over some things about updates for firmware and improving performance by connecting to app and Wi-Fi.

Part was not needed issue was wash motor failure.

"Did not install control customer received due to broken tabs, connector hold down missing and burned pin on a separate connector. This is the second control customer has received with issues from aftermarket/ refurbished control. Rec customer look into a new washer. Showed her options for similar style and color. Customer will look into new washer."

"New control showing 23, 12, 02, 74 form previous machine. Cleared codes, Tested and all components check good."

LF element burned out. RF not turning off. Customer swapped with oven downstairs so she had working one for daycare. But theres no plug in for electrical to test. Customer to reach out if any issues occur after swapping again.
