Installed all parts and tested. Sounds great now. Everything is working as it should be.

Installed gear case and the splutch and belt. Unfortunately oil got into the motor windings as well so now it has a nasty hum to it. The actuator is not shifting like it should be either. Ordering both will be back next week.; ordrng 1 W11212745 (Actuator) and 1 W11222082 (Motor)

Pulled the door apart and looked for leaks on the vent. Couldnt find any evidence of it there. Put the door back together and ran the diagnostic cycle. Still could not find a leak on the unit. I did adjust the seal inside the tub on the left side a bit and tested the unit again. Still zero leaks. Seal was clear of water as was the frame on the door. Could not recreate the problem in the unit.

Door needed a slight adjustment to get the Mullins working properly. Adjusted it and now its closing right.

Open button was pushed it in too far. Removed cover and rest the seal and the button. Tested a few times and all is working great now.
