Error code for the door and door wouldnt close. Had one time before that error that it didnt heat. Testing today heating with no issues. Installed new switch assembly since sticking switch could cause both issues. Tested again after replacing the switch assembly and all checks good and heating with no issues.; used 1 W11493414 (Switch kit) from stock

"Installed gear case, motor rotor and stator, clutch, slider, and screws that were ordered. Old basket wont slide down onto the new gear case shaft. Ordering basket.; ordrng 1 W10811957 (Basket)"

"Installed new timer. Customer had also been trying some timed cycles and it was taking two times. Watched cycle with new timer in and saw the coils drop out. Installed new coils, belt also cracking so installed refresh kit. All checks good.; used 1 4392065 (Repair kit), and 1 279834 (Coil kit) from stock"

Replaced board. Recalibrated unit and ran diagnostic test with no errors.

"Check over unit found nothing wrong, just have a off balance and was worry why time on screen went backwards to 20 mins and water too high in clean washer, she was just scared"
