Customer stated he accidentally left the door open one day and when he came back to the office it wasnt cooling. He left the unit unplugged over a weekend to thaw but the compressor still wouldnt kick in. He also stated the compressor area was hot and the condenser fan has been making noise for a while. When I plugged it in the compressor kicked on but the condenser fan was making a knocking noise. Installed new condenser fan he had on hand. Customer will monitor temps.

$97 to tell us our dishwasher is not broken after all. Why get charged trip fee for that when repair guy was already there to fix fridge and we had to pay trip fee for that as well?
There is only one trip charge- There is an additional diagnostic charge for any additional appliance. You do have issues with the dishwasher, but it was discussed some changes you could make w/o replacing parts to try that and see- let us know if there i
