05 off balance load detected. Customer said they were having issues with certain loads selections. Ran unit in auto test. Could hear valve hum but no water into tub. Hot valve on house side has broken handle & is shut off. Was able to turn hot water on & hot line has poor pressure. Rec customer call plumber to have valves replaced & see how performance is after. Inlet valves are working good and screens in back check good with no obstructions.

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW97HEXL0 The soap dispenser that I put in has pump attached to it already it is sold as one part the hose from the pump to dispenser was leaking again and bulging. I removed hose because this was a sign of a restriction found that the port the pump hose is attached to when part is received plug was never removed like a garbage disposal this had a plug in it this was the cause of the restriction. After removing tested unit and checks out ok.
