"Customer played a video of the noise, sounded like the nut had backed out on the belt pulley. Checked under machine and the nut was on the floor and the motor had burned through the belt partially. Replaced the belt,added some loktight and tightened up the belt pulley nut. Ran machine through diagnostics cycle, completed cycle with no issues.; used 1 W11239857 (Belt) from stock"

Found machine with big gaps all around the shell and cabinet. Called tech line(7735646593) after sending them a few pictures they are going to send it up for product review. Collected for service call. Customer paid in cash
