Ran DLMS calibration and diagnostics washer operates properly had customer show me how she starts machine found shes holding down the power button because this unit has a delay when turned on, if power is held long enough unit will bring up a count down and do a soft reset, explained this to customer and showed her how power button is just a quick tap then a delay and unit turns on, customer going to get outlet corrected then try power button the way i showed her and call if issues persist"

"Retailer for the gaskets also sent her a handle. She did not know that.Replaced the torn, foamed and screwed in freezer door gasket and cracked handle with the one the customer received with the gaskets. Nothing wrong with the fresh food door gasket, CUstomer purchaed because it was the last one in stock so they could have it if they needed it.COllected $230.00 on card auth code KJ9N39."

"Ms pic and of the ice block behind the bottom freezer bin.The fresh food door was rubbing against the bottom of the liner so I adjusted the height of the door until it closes easily and completely. The freezer door was not closing because of a block of ice behind the bottom bin. Found the drain hole was pushed forward by frozen water under the drain pan, so the hole was not aligned with the hole in the cabinet. Steam cleared the ice blockage, realigned the drain hole and installed heat probe 819043. Tests good, completely draining 8 ounces of water.; used 1 819043 (Heat probe) from stock"

"Found the drawer bins were loaded so food in them were rubbing against each other, causing it not to close completely and the light switch to stay frozen in the closed position.
